Welcome to Garbage Weekend. It’s the internet garbage you know and love, but in a format that’s easier to read while you suffer through the agony of fake spring.

This week, we got the most visible example yet of the DOGE principle, or "shut everything down and kinda restart whatever people complain about.” What a trillion, wait, no, billion dollar idea! Unfortunately for all the foundermoders, it turns out there are some problems with doing that to all international trade with the US. Apparently, people don't want the US dollar to be a meme stock. They’d also rather protest in the millions than clock in at the iPhone screwing factory or be priced out of expensive luxuries such as movies or Nintendo. Elon Musk should feel this personally, after he got cyberbullied off his video game stream. If you're the richest and most powerful man in the world, can you complain to the mods?
